I'm Hannah, and I review online casinos for New Zealand players. I've been doing this since 2019, first for the Australian market and now mostly for NZ. My background is in the unglamorous parts of online gambling: bonus terms, KYC processes, and whether a casino actually pays out when you ask it to. That's where players get burned, so that's where I spend my time.

How I work

I don't review a casino I haven't used. For every site I sign up, deposit my own money in NZD, play through some of the bonus, and request a withdrawal so I can time it properly. If the KYC drags or a fee shows up that the promo page didn't mention, it goes in the review. The full method is on the how we test page.

What I focus on

Payments and trust, mostly. A casino can have ten thousand games, but if it charges a percentage to withdraw and makes you email support to set a deposit limit, that's what I'm going to lead with. I also have a soft spot for the boutique slot studios, so you'll see me grumble when a library is all the same three providers. My scoring follows the weights in how we rate.
