We read everything that comes in, whether it's a correction on a review, a question about how we scored a casino, or a partnership enquiry. This page tells you who to reach and what to expect. We're a review site, so please note up front: we can't access your casino account, recover a balance, or resolve a dispute with an operator on your behalf.

How to reach us

  • General & editorial: [email protected], corrections, questions about a review, or feedback on the site. We aim to reply within two working days.
  • Partnerships: [email protected], commercial and affiliate enquiries. Note that a partnership never changes a casino's score, as our affiliate disclosure explains.
  • Privacy: [email protected], data requests under the Privacy Act 2020. See our privacy policy for what we hold and how to request it.

What we can and can't help with

We can explain our methodology, fix a factual error, or point you toward the right support service. We can't act as an intermediary between you and a casino, because we have no relationship with your account and no power over an operator's decisions. For a dispute with an offshore casino, your route is the operator's complaints process and, failing that, its licensing body.

If gambling is the problem

If you're contacting us because gambling has stopped being fun, please reach out to a support service rather than us, they're trained for it and we're not.
